This photo was taken by Vik Muniz a artists who  experiments with a  lot of different arts. In this case he experimented with trash.  in this project he when to Rio De Brazil Waste land. He took some amazing pictures but my favorite of all of them was the one of "The Death of Marat".The photo was made out of junk like the other photos. What is interesting about this photo is that the photo is made out of trash. We recycle and throw garbage away every day with out knowing that an artist like Vik use it to create art. This photo has a lot of color no one would of thought that garbage has so many colors. I also like the idea of someone doing something that no ones cares about and turning it into something people around the world love and people like the pickers could do something positive.

Unseen photos

When and where were the "Unseen" photos discovered, and who discovered them? The Unseen photo was discovered at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church on Sept 15,1963. The person who discovered the photo was Tom Self.

Who was Tom Self, and what did he discover at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church? Tom Self was a photographer who took photos f jesus at the sixteenth street church where jesus face was blown out.

Why was what he discovered so unusual? His discovered was unusual because of the violence.

What happened to most of the photos that were not discovered in the Unseen, Unforgotten" exhibition? Most of photos that were not discovered in the unseen unforgotten exhibition were lost, sold, stolen or stored in archives.

How many images were discovered and from what years were they taken? Cohn said he found 5,000 images from 1950 to 1965.

What is the role of a photo editor? The role of a photo editor its to print pictures out and tell the truth .

What was the objective of the photo-editors for not publishing certain photographs? There objective for not publishing photographs was because it could of bring them a lot of problems and like one editor in the article they shoot his car window when he was inside the car.

Who broke most of the news of the civil rights movement first and why? Martin Luther King because he was on the news with his right movement.

What were some other news outlets that purchased and published the photos not published in Alabama and other parts of the south during the civil rights movement?

What would happen to some photographers when trying to photograph the civil rights movement? It wasn't safest thing for them to do. Like Self who was covering the protest and somebody shot the back window of his Volkswagen with him in it.

What were some of their experiences? Some times concrete bricks would get tossed at the photographers.

"All of the photographers said they didn't see special significance in their photos when they were taken.
"It's an honest record," Adams said. "There were no attempts at bias. It was a record of what happened while I was there."
What is bias, and how did omitting these images from the local Alabama papers, and other Southern news outlets display bias?Bias mean strongly for it or against it. They didn't post some photos because of people opinion on them and the photographs lost or someone has stolen their photos

I believe the photographer want us to see how in this case a white man its opening the door for a black man.
In this photo the photographer want us to see the people sitting down at a bus station reading the news paper and talking about what they read maybe it was affecting them at the time.
In this photo the photographer want us to see this well dress mans outside a house it look like they had a reunion because they converting and you can see that theres black and white man getting alone.
This photo shows  some  grown people sitting down at the bus station and looking at the newspaper and they seem to be really interesting at what they looking at.
In this photo the photographer want us to see the military at the side of the road checking the area probably because there was a protect going on or there was something bad about to happen or simply they wanted to make sure everything was calm and nothing bad was going on.
I believe the photographer want us to see how theres this group of 8 mans black and white they seen to be talking about a plan something they are planning.

Is what she reading interesting her?

The photographer took a picture of this lady sitting in a bus station reading a news paper. He wanted to show how this lady was sitting down reading about stuff that was going around that time about the freedom riders and the attacks that happened to black people.

The freedom Rider

I think the photographer took a pictures of this because he wanted to show people how the two man got arrested probably for doing something wrong or because they were just black since it was back in the days and black were not consider the same as white. In the photo you can see three white polices, you can also see well dress people like the lady on the right side and the two mans.
